The store says I need cookies enabled

If you are having problems with your shopping basket in the store where it says you must have cookies enabled then it's just a small setting on your PC that requires change. Instructions for the most popular browsers are as follows:

Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8:

1. Click the Tools menu.

2. Select Internet Options

3. Click the Privacy tab

4. Click the Default button (or manually slide the bar to Medium)

5. Click OK

Firefox 2 or 3:

1. Click the Tools menu

2. Select Options

3. Click the Privacy tab

4. Select the "Accept Cookies from site" checkbox

5. Click OK

Google Chrome:

1. Click the Spanner/Wrench menu

2. Select Options

3. Click the Under The Hood tab

4. Use drop down menu in the Privacy section to adjust cookie permission level

Shipping prices

You will see the shipping prices for each model on their respective pages. The shipping is added automatically at the checkout stage, once you have selected which country you want the item(s) delivering to.

If you are ordering more than one item, a reduced combined shipping total will appear as it takes into account what you order and will give you a total shipping price which will be lower than when buying the items individually.

What discs are used?

All of our DVD's are produced on DVD-R discs, which *most* DVD players will play and is the most used format. We can supply your DVD's on DVD+R discs if you prefer, just let us know when placing an order, using the comments box on the PayPal invoice.

Can I order from outside the UK?

Yes you can, but we cannot offer free shipping as we do to our UK customers. The shipping price for outside the UK is usually listed in the details on the relevant page but if it is not then please email us at sportzdvd@yahoo.co.uk and we will be happy to work out shipping costs for your order, which you can then add onto the PayPal or credit card invoice when you go to pay.

Will the discs play in my region?

Yes, it should not be a problem. The discs are region 0 which means that they should play on any region DVD player.

Are the discs tested?

All of our DVD's are tested on a range of machines to see that they will play and so that you should not encounter a problem. They have been tested on Philips, Goodmans, Sony and Polaroid players and are fine as well as playing in the PC and on a Sony Playstation 2.

How do I buy?

It's simple! Whichever DVD you wish to buy, just click on the "Add To Cart" button near the description. This will add that title to your order. If you only want the one title then you can continue through the payment screens. If you wish to keep shopping for more titles then there is the option to do so on the next screen that you will see. If you have added multiple titles to your cart and wish to finish buying then just click any of the "view cart" buttons and you will then be shown your order and can proceed with payments through our secure server.

What If I Don't Have PayPal?

PayPal is very simple to use or sign up for. However, if you don't have a PayPal account then you can still buy online by going to the checkout and then selecting the no PayPal account link. This will take you to our credit card payment system which is fully secure and you can pay that way. If you need to send a cheque then please email us at sportzdvd@yahoo.co.uk for the details and when you send your cheque please remember to add a note in with it stating which title(s) you want and also your address! It's funny how often that is forgotten.

What if I have a problem?

If, by some chance, you do have a faulty disc then we offer a full product replacement scheme where if you return your disc to us, we will send you another one of the same title straight away.
